Returns & Exchanges

No Refunds, Our Exchange policy lasts 7 days from day of reception.  All out of country sales are final. Exchanges within 7 days in original conditions only after item has been received. Item can only be exchanged one time and must be in original condition.  If item is worn, damaged, has house odor, makeup, or any other blemishes return will not be accepted . Your exchange will not be accepted and your item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

All shipping costs will be paid by customer. If you are shipped the wrong dress, size, style or color then We will pay the shipping for exchange. If you purchase a dress and we do not have that dress in stock, you will be issued a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
